Everything needed to set up and run a tiffin kitchen on TiffinHub, from first login to a working daily routine.

Getting started

• Set up your business — name, currency, country and timezone, detected at signup and changeable in Settings.
• Add your customers — one at a time, or import an existing list from Excel.
• Define your meals — breakfast, lunch and dinner, and what each customer takes.

Every day

• Kitchen display — how many of each meal to cook, counted from your customer list, with pauses, skips and diets already applied.
• Delivery rounds and labels — group deliveries by zone, assign a driver, print labels for the day's packaging.
• Driver view — drivers open their round with an access code, mark deliveries and add photo proof. No account needed.

Money and admin

• Subscriptions — start and end dates, pausing a customer while they travel, and an email three days before anyone is due to lapse.
• Invoices — generate and send invoices in your own currency and branding.
• Menus and inventory — publish a menu pamphlet and track ingredients against what you are cooking.
